- Delegates from partner organisations -not ILC members- are encouraged to register and will be asked to specify how they relate to ILC and its membership. Acceptance will be based on space availability.

FIELD VISITS AND GLF YOUTH
-
- Participants who want to join the field visit programme will be requested to express their interest. Field visit registration will come as a second step. Please note GLF registration does not automatically register you for fieldtrips and vice versa. Field visits start 2-3 days before the main GLF programme and are primarily designed for ILC members.
- GLF registration does not imply registration for the GLF Youth and vice versa. GLF Youth starts 3 days before the main GLF programme and participation has been pre-selected. GLF Youth delegates are not counted as a second delegate of their organisation and will benefit from dedicated sponsorship, as per the conditions below.
SPONSORSHIP
-
- As a matter of principle, all delegates, both members and partners, will pay their own travel and accommodation costs. ILC will cover for conference venue, airport transfers, interpretation services, conference info-package and half-board meals. ILC will apply exceptions only for ILC member organisations that are classified as People’s Organizations*, if they apply for needs-based full or partial sponsorship for their first delegate. Additional sponsorships for ILC members only will be considered -if requested- on the basis of ILC capacity to support and cost-sharing. Sponsorship for female delegates will given greater consideration, this is in line with our gender justice pledge in the 2022-30 strategy. Additional participants will be at the expense of member organisations.
- Sponsorship includes: cost for air travel, pick-up and lodging on half-boarding basis. Sponsorship also includes support with COVID-related expenses in Jordan (health insurance, COVID PCR on arrival and before departure). Visa-related costs as well as dinners and other expenses are the responsibility of the participating organisations/individuals. They can be claimed as part of the ILC membership dues.
* ILC Peoples Organisations are Constituency Based Organisations that belong to indigenous peoples, youth, women, pastoralists, rural workers, rural community members, fishers, landless, forest dwellers and users, hunter-gatherers, peasants, afro- descendants, dalit and quilombolas. They directly represent people depending upon land and are accountable to such people.
Once you submit your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Closer to the event, you will receive an official invitation letter which you will also need to access the event.
