Q”apaj Conde Choque is an Aymara attorney from Bolivia. He is an SJD candidate 2018, Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy – University of Arizona; LLM 2016, University of Seville; and Law Degree 2010, Universidad Mayor de San Andres. He served as a legal officer in the Centro de Estudios Multidisciplinarios-Aymara, CEM-Aymara (2016 – 2017) and Indigenous Fellow in the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO (2013 – 2014). He is a member of the Red de Jóvenes Indígenas de Latino América, and co-chair of the Global Indigenous Youth Caucus (April 2017 – April 2018).
