Rebecca Henschke is the BBC’s Indonesian Editor. She is an award winning multi-media journalist who has reported from Asia for more than a decade, previously with KBR and TEMPO. She is the only foreign journalist to win the Indonesian Alliance of independent journalist (AJI) media awards for her work reporting on religious tensions, environmental degradation, and human rights. She is a proud mother of two boys and likes exploring Indonesia’s remote islands, dancing, and cycling.
